Gunmen have shot and killed a ticket collector at Oke Isa Roundabout in Ado-Ekiti, the capital of Ekiti State.
The incident occurred early Tuesday morning, but the victim’s identity remains unknown.
The man, who was responsible for issuing tickets to commercial motorcyclists, was shot by the gunmen, who fled immediately after the attack, according to eyewitnesses.
