Worshippers kidnapped from three churches in Kurmin Wali community, located in Kajuru Local Government Area of Kaduna State, have been freed.
A community source disclosed to TheCable that all the remaining abducted Christians have now regained their freedom.
The abduction occurred on January 18, when armed men attacked three churches in the area and abducted about 167 worshippers.

Although the police initially denied that the worshippers were taken, the claim was later confirmed by security authorities.
On February 1, 80 of the abducted worshippers were released, while the others were freed at a later time.
