Professor Yemi Osinbajo, Vice President of Nigeria, presided over the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting in the council chambers of the statehouse in Abuja.
In President Muhammadu Buhari’s absence, Professor Osinbajo presides over the weekly meeting.
The meeting began at 10 a.m. with Secretary to the Government of the Federation Boss Mustapha, Chief of Staff to the President Professor Ibrahim Gambari, Minister of Education Adamu Adamu, Minister Mohammed Bello, Minister of Finance Zainab Ahmed, and Minister of Health Dr. Osagie Ehanire in attendance.
Others include the Minister of Labour, Chris Ngige, the Minister of State for Labour, Festus Keyamo, the Minister of State for Health, Dr. Olorunimbe Mamora, the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Sadiya Farouq, the Minister of Police Affairs, Maigari Dingyadi, the Minister of Water Resources, Suleiman Adamu, the Minister of Women Affairs, Pauline Talen, the Minister of Power, Abubakar Aliyu, the Minister of
Other ministers are participating virtually in the meeting.
