A man ascended a 120ft mast in Abuja to protest against the prevailing socio-economic challenges in the country.
The unidentified individual scaled the broadcast tower of a media facility in the Kamtape Hill area of Abuja on Monday, urging fellow Nigerians to rally with him in protest against the country’s hardships.

Emergency responders successfully persuaded him to descend from the mast, concluding the incident peacefully.
In a reminiscent event in 2018, Nurudeen Lliyasu also climbed a telecommunication mast in the nation’s capital to highlight Nigeria’s economic difficulties.
