My fellow proud sons and daughters of Osogbo!
The time we have prayed for… the time we have worked for… the time is now — 2026!
For over three decades, Osogbo has been the heartbeat of Osun politics.
We have stood firm, we have been loyal, and we have delivered victory after victory for others.
But hear me today — in 31 long years since the creation of Osun State, Osogbo has never produced a governor!
Enough is enough!
Our loyalty has been tested, our patience has matured — and now, our time has come!
No more waiting in the background. No more being used and forgotten.
Our fathers started this struggle — and we, their children, must finish it!
Even the respected elders of PDP, for the love of Osogbo, have dropped party sentiments to say:
“Whoever gives Osogbo a chance, we will stand with them!”
And across the towns and villages surrounding Osogbo, our brothers and sisters are rising in unity — especially within the APC, where the call is loud and clear:
It is time for an Osogbo-born governor!
My people, let us rise above division!
Let us throw away selfish interests!
Let us stand shoulder to shoulder — in unity, in strength, and in pride!
Because hear me loud — Osogbo is not for sale!
Our votes are not for bargaining!
We are not trading our numbers for Deputy Governor, for Secretary to the State Government, or for Speaker!
No!
We have competent, loyal, and credible men and women in the APC — people who have served faithfully, sacrificed selflessly, and stood by the party through thick and thin.
We deserve the seat — the number one seat!
Let us not settle for less.
Let us not reduce ourselves to second-hand positions.
Our destiny is greater, and our moment is now!
Together, we will make history.
Together, we will make 2026 the year Osogbo takes the lead!

Osogbo is my life!
Osogbo is not for sale!
And the time is now!
