The Supreme Court on Friday dismissed the lawsuits filed against Col. Kefas Agbu (rtd), the Peoples Democratic Party’s governorship candidate in Taraba State.
Prof. Jerome Nyameh, one of the governorship candidates, had filed a lawsuit against Kefas, questioning the process that led to his selection as the party’s candidate.

The Appeal Court in Yola had in November dismissed the case, describing it as an internal affair of the party.
