The qualification battle for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) concluded on Tuesday, and all 24 teams for the competition are now known.
While some teams qualified earlier, others (such as the Benin Republic) waited until the last minute to book their tickets to the continental football festival.
The competition will take place in Morocco next December, with the host country already guaranteed a spot.
However, several heavyweights, like as Ghana, are anticipated to miss out on the competition, which will also include traditional powerhouse teams such as Nigeria (who were stunned by Rwanda), Egypt, South Africa, Tunisia, and defending champions Ivory Coast.
