Match Report

Brentford and Fulham settled for a 0-0 stalemate at the Gtech Community Stadium on Saturday, with both sides still chasing European qualification but likely to view this result as a missed chance.

The Bees created the clearer openings, with Dango Ouattara stopped late by an excellent save from Bernd Leno, and they also threatened from several set pieces. Marco Silva’s Fulham struggled offensively in what was a tight and tense contest.

Following the draw, Keith Andrews’ Brentford move up to 48 points and keep their Champions League ambitions alive, while Fulham sit three points behind, having managed just one win in their last five matches.
