Manchester City goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma has tied the knot with his long-time partner and childhood sweetheart, Alessia Elefante, in a lavish wedding ceremony held in Italy.
According to The Sun, the couple exchanged vows in Locorotondo, where they celebrated with family, friends, and several high-profile football figures.

Donnarumma and Elefante, an interior designer, first met in 2016 in their hometown of Castellammare di Stabia, near Naples. After spending a decade together, the couple welcomed their son, Leo, in 2024.
The Italian goalkeeper shared photos from the wedding on social media with the caption, “Long-term contract signed.”
Before the ceremony, the couple had hinted at their wedding plans through a playful Instagram engagement post that also read, “Long-term contract signed.”
Among the notable guests at the celebration were Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola, Erling Haaland, Sandro Tonali, Paolo Maldini, and Nicolò Barella.
Haaland attended the event alongside his girlfriend, Isabel Haugseng Johansen, after spending part of his post-World Cup holiday in Italy.

The Norwegian striker remains one of the standout performers of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, having helped Norway reach the quarter-finals while gaining millions of new followers on social media during the tournament.
Other football stars spotted at the ceremony included Manchester City midfielder Mateo Kovacic, Sandro Tonali, Nicolò Barella, and Italian football legend Paolo Maldini.
Donnarumma joined Manchester City from Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) for £26 million last summer, and the 27-year-old enjoyed a successful debut season, winning both the FA Cup and the League Cup.
