Warriors of Zimbabwe interim head coach Kaitano Tembo has announced a 24-man squad for the 2026 Unity Cup.

The squad includes three goalkeepers, eight defenders, six midfielders and eight attackers.

Only two home-based players — goalkeeper Future Sibanda and midfielder Mongameli Tshuma — made the final list selected by Tembo.

Assistant captain Marshall Munetsi returns to the national team after nearly five months away following his controversial exclusion from Zimbabwe’s squad for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations under former coach Marian Marinica.

Udinese defender Jordan Zemura also makes a return to the team for the first time since November 2025.

Zimbabwe are set to face Nigeria’s Super Eagles in the first semi-final of the invitational tournament at The Valley in London on Tuesday, May 26.
