Ogala has alleged that she was in a relationship with the cleric from 2017, a claim that gained public attention last weekend after a video of Okafor’s engagement to another woman went viral on social media.
According to the actress, she ended her previous marriage at Okafor’s urging and accused him of betraying her after years of closeness and promises of marriage.
She further alleged that the situation has severely affected her mental and emotional well-being, claiming that Okafor shared explicit videos of her without her consent and subjected her to harassment and financial exploitation.
Ogala also claimed that she spent her personal funds to help Okafor and his associates secure a contract, adding that she was not fully repaid.
In addition, the actress disclosed that she has been struggling with suicidal thoughts.
Despite the allegations, images from Okafor’s white wedding and traditional marriage ceremonies emerged online on Wednesday.
One photo showed the cleric seated beside his bride, wearing an all-white suit with a black bow tie, while she appeared in a white wedding gown holding a bouquet of pink flowers.
Another image captured the bride in a colourful traditional attire at a well-decorated venue, surrounded by friends and family.
The wedding reportedly took place on Tuesday, December 16, with relatives and well-wishers present to celebrate the union.
Meanwhile, Ogala has issued an ultimatum to Okafor, demanding that he either marry her or financially “settle” her by buying her a house, warning that failure to do so would result in legal action.
