Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has opened up about her current emotional stance on marriage, revealing that she has stepped away from the idea while still holding on to hopes of having a daughter in the future.
Speaking during a livestream with TikTok personality Jarvis, the actress discussed motherhood, family life, and her present outlook on relationships.
Regina revealed that she last saw her children in the previous year and expressed optimism that she would reunite with them soon. She also admitted that, for personal reasons, she no longer envisions herself getting married again.
However, she noted that she still has a strong desire to have a baby girl, explaining that she believes motherhood feels more deeply understood when raising a daughter.
According to her, having a female child offers a richer emotional experience of motherhood.

“The last time I saw my children was last year.
I know one day, I’ll see them again, very soon.
But for some reason I have checked my mind out of getting married but I’m yet to have a girl and I must have a girl child. I feel like you’d understand motherhood better when you have a girl child.”
It would be recalled that last year October, the actress separated from her husband, Ned Nwoko, following a public disagreement.
