Former Big Brother Naija housemate Pere Egbi has spoken out about the srategy of Season 9 contestants Kassia and Kellyrae, also known as DoubleKay.
The married couple disclosed during their introduction that they intended to use their home as a tactical advantage to conceal their connection.
In response, Pere Egbi voiced worries that this strategy would cause problems in their relationship, especially in the area of trust.
He warned them that their conduct might have repercussions outside the home.
On his X handle, Pere wrote:
“You see that married couple, na dangerous game dem dey play. The kind of trust issues when this their game go generate, na outside dem go feel am when don commot.”
Pere had slammed BBNaija Zion, Chinwe for taking their five-month relationship to reality show.
Pere in reaction took to his X handle to share his thoughts, cautioning the ‘No Loose Guard’ housemates on the potential risks of flaunting their relationship in such a public setting, especially at such an early stage.
Pere had doubts about their choice to make their relationship public on the BBNaija platform, arguing that it may jeopardise their bond in the event that one of them developed feelings for someone else living in the house.
He wrote:
“You get mind carry your 5 months relationship enter BBN? Aaaaah. So if your babe mistakenly falls for another guy nkor?”
